Constable to plead guilty in shooting

I'll tell you why. This is probably not over. I am guessing the new plea will eventually allow him to be a constable again, considering they are talking felony diversion. IF the idiot voters on Dixie Hwy and in PRP are dumb enough to vote him in again, well, you figure it out.
