Is that there will be civilians out there, that thinks the "officers" are Sworn LEO's. One of these days, one of the "officers" is going to get themselves, or someone else killed, or even worse kill somebody, without use of force justifications, and we are all going to look like idiots for allowing them to have gotten to that point. I do not know about you, but if I had seen Whitlock (especially since he had nothing displayed to even ID him as "something") running into a crowded parking lot, pistol in hand, chasing a car, and then hear his weapon discharge... He may have gotten a warning, before then I would have "center massed" him. I am expecting the "shoplifter" is going to be rather "well off" after they sue him and Walmart.
