Louisville Metro Police officer to face criminal charges after allegedly slapping handcuffed man

Come on people!!! Don't act so surprised it takes so long for these investigations to pan out. They first are investigated by PIU, then the County Attorneys Office reviews them carefully to decide if there is any criminal conduct. The County Attorneys Office review could take months to look at the file before a decision is made to charge criminally.
