Mmmnnnn, you do know that most of that team ARE LDFD firefighters and were hired because they were already active firefighters there, right? Every plan has in-house response, that's the rule, but that's like saying that Louisville Fire had no responsibility for major chemical plants in their jurisdiction. Dow is only one facility there. (Trust me, know the guys on that team.)
