Louisville Metro Police officer to face criminal charges after allegedly slapping handcuffed man

Oh come on, it's not like slashing tires while on duty in uniform shows a lack of self-control and restraint or anything. ;)

Every dept has its jokes. In ems it is mercy ambulance. In fire it is lake dreamland. No offense I know some of you go to the campground road station to sleep at night. Anyway, you guessed it. It's lmpd. There is a saying when other police departments screw up that goes something like this. Oh lord we just did a metro. I wish I could remember the joke a cop I know who lives all the way in Ashland ky told me. It referred to shooting vicious family pets and Chihuahuas. It was hilarious. I also know a sgt in bowling green who ends all roll calls by saying don't Louisville today meaning don't screw up. Lolololololololololololololololol.
