PSU provides an officer's statement to the chief who decides what discipline the officer gets, if any. They do not decide what disciplinary action is taken for any employee. I have never heard of PSU railroading anyone. An officer's statement is part of the case file. It gets reviewed by the officer's entire chain of command. If there is evidence of a violation, such as video, recordings etc., (MVS, Court etc.)a violation can be clear. Were you present during his statement to see this railroading? Have you ever seen anyone in PSU get railroaded? I haven't.
