Chelsea Rabideau joined the WHAS11 News team in January 2012 as an anchor and reporter. Before coming to WHAS11, Chelsea produced and anchored the weekend shows at KULR-8, the NBC affiliate in Billings, Montana. She also had the opportunity to report on a rare tornado that hit Billings in 2010, as well as many other exciting stories. Chelsea also worked at KECI-13 in Missoula, Montana for almost 4 years as a weekend producer/anchor and weekday reporter. She’s tried her hand at just about every job in news from studio camera operator to weather anchor. But, her passion is telling people’s stories. Chelsea was an "army brat" and spent most of her time growing up in the Midwest. She’s lived in Montana, South Dakota, Colorado, Kansas, and even New York City while interning at the TODAY Show. She graduated from the University of Montana in Missoula with a degree in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in Communication Studies. Chelsea enjoys spending time with her Chihuahua, The Dude, creating and cooking clean recipes, swimming, wakeboarding, dancing, and hitting the gym. She’s looking forward to exploring Louisville and meeting new people. If you see her around, be sure to say hello! |
