Louisville police chief wants study to prove department doesn't use racial profiling

I think it is that he is a beat cop in a regular division w/ SIX years on. He isn't in any specialized unit & he rarely is at work when & where he is supposed to be. always off doing something else. this is basically the consensus I have seen posted.
