Louisville police chief wants study to prove department doesn't use racial profiling

Just imagine working for!!! She was an Administrative Sergeant doing all the paperwork and payroll when she got caught stealing vacation time. Nunn then got promoted to Lieutenant, She never left! She stayed in the same position as the Administrative person but promoted to Lieutenant, but making $15,000 more a year. Why promote someone to do the same job, but making $15,000 more a year---MAKES NO SENSE.
