Louisville police chief wants study to prove department doesn't use racial profiling

And we thought Conrad was going to be better. Guess we were wrong. Hey chief why not stick up for your officers and tell the thugs of the west end to stop whining. The best way to not be bothered by the police is to STOP committing crimes. I remember in the old days when the vast majority of crime was in the west end, now since that idiot ex mayor closed down most of the projects it's everywhere. Guys and gals in every division are busy. These thugs are moving into Arbor Pointe ,Mallgate, Accomack and not to mention they are flooding the 3rd division. This dept is never going to be a great dept if we keep bending over for the west end. I knew I should have applied at Jtown and SMPD
