Absolutely true! The branch of government that could have the most direct effect on crime has failed miserably and that's the courts. It can all be traced back to race. Overly cautious white people are so afraid of being called racist, they shy away from imposing deserved sentences. And racist black people would rather protest the police while black criminals are carrying their neighborhood away. In the end, being a criminal is not such a consequential state.
