Louisville officials to announce long-term strategy for western Louisville violence

What a freaking JOKE! The only way to curb violence is to pound it in the ground. Let's bring back the fleeing felon law. Anyone who commits a a violent felony and runs we get to shoot them. That will solve the problem. Just imagine guy selling crack to kids on the corner, you see him selling and he takes off running. You shoot and kill him while he flees. PROBLEM SOLVED!
