New Chief to address alleged police misconduct

Actually it was JCPD that could not accept a call for service and LPD would make it. LPD was not allowed to turn down a call. I know as I made several runs to the county and St. Matthews after they refused the call. Not a slam on any agency as the calls should of been refused but just a bit of history.
