I'll answer both of you this time. What you say and how many people you say it to are key elements of Cromity's ability to sue. Since you obiously have access to the internet use google or bing to look this stuff up. I learned it from a lawyer. It's simple Mr Meiner abused his position, made comments that are actionable and opened the door for Cromity, wide open. Mr Meiner admitted that he was speeding, giving Cromity cause to stop him. He denied going as fast as he was cited for and a jury sided with him. Mr Meiner went on the air and belittled Cromity, several times. All these things are facts. Cromtiy is within his right to seek punitive damages for this. This is our justice system. It gets abused, missused and maligned by many people. When it comes down to the facts this is a simple case that has the right to be heard. A jury can decide the case.
