why doesn't the rear radar indicate a speed?

this is what we teach the rookies not to do. Poor officer safety and complacency on the officers part. You NEVER pull over two people and engage them yourself. What would have happened if these two cars were perps who just committed a crime. Now Sam has one in front of him and one in back of him. He can never see what one or the other are doing. Sorry to say that the attitude is tickets are so much more important than the officers safety and this is an example of it.

How does that work? What shows on the front on the video have to do with what happens behind. If the video shows anything it's that it is inconclusive. It doesn't support Terry wasn't speeding. It doesn't prove he was. Maybe in 2045 when we have cameras that record 360 degrees with distance, speed, deceleration, heart rate monitors, and nervousness detectors we will always have what we need on video. So he doesn't waste time with small talk. I guess that is what makes him rude? If that's the case I guess I've been rude a few times too.

Sounds and looks to me like this officer was just doing his JOB!!!!!

I'm sure this officer, along with any other officer out there doing the job is going to have complaints. That's the nature of the beast.... Everyone thinks that they are the perfect driver....If this would have been a State Trooper there would have never been a complaint filed....
