I agree. How can you possibly be the same guy who thinks we don't have a gang problem in Louisville?

Let me tell you something about veteran officers. I would never suggest that an officer with over 20 years on retire because he or she has an "opposing opinion". Veteran officers are a commodity we cannot afford to throw away. However, you must understand how ridiculous your statement is about the nature of gang activity in Louisville. Saying that Louisville doesn't have a gang problem is akin to saying that nobody ever used to shoplift from the Galleria….before it morphed into 4th Street Live.
