Metro Council to hold community forums about next LMPD chief

Oh quit your whining...whoever picks the next chief will not be a black person. It will most likely be a wealthy white person from the east end. If they do not chose a black person to be chief, what do you think will happen? How about nothing. If the people in the west end don't like the idea that the next chief is not black, I say tough cookies. If white people would just do what is right and stop worrying about being called racist, the world would be a better place.

As I asked a friend, this is basically black code for we don't want a white-male chief. In other words, appeasement or just the perception that blacks are not taken care or are not safe with a white-male chief. Garbage. Just simple politicking by those wanting Gentry as Chief. Her arrogance is as bad as Buckner.
