Ok keep fighting the good fight with no weapons, I'll keep making sooooooooooooo much more $$ than you and drive my car to and from work and off duty! HA HA HA HA HA

Actually, I'm not in the jail, but I suspect that the jail guys probably "fight" with someone just about every day. And once you drop them off and drive off, they get to keep them for the duration, as they are coming out of whatever drug or alcohol they have been on. And yes, I well remember Adrian Reynolds.

For some reason, everyone assumes what they do is worse than what anyone else has to deal with. When's the last time you toured the jail beyond the grille - or better yet, Eddyville?

I am a Metro Officer. I am also someone that recognizes that the unarmed Corrections Officer who often face a dorm full of OUR prisoners in an understaffed, under manned facility, while being under paid, is doing a hard and thankless job. I also know they have to learn to fight dirty, mean and quick inorder to continue to survive. Their jobs is apples to our oranges, but still dangerous

So thank you to our corrections brethren.
