Video appears to show LMPD officer striking man with flashlight

Unarmed drunks never offered me much of a fight, definitely not enough to warrant striking them on the head with a flashlight or a baton. If he had a grip on an officer's neck then that may be a reasonable explanation. Anyone who's been around a while knows flashlights were a popular weapon back in the good old days. The good old days are over and ex-police across the country are going to prison for things that used to be acceptable.
