Video appears to show LMPD officer striking man with flashlight

Apparently Lt Col. Buckner bankrolled his attorney, Kamenish. What a shining example of leadership to set for the rank and file. Especially as this is the same Col who pushes ridiculous stat expectations on the officers unfortunate enough to work in his bureau. (k9 and air unit writing tickets? Seriously???

Did a colonel interfere with a criminal case and interfere with prosecution? Isn't that a felony?

Any one know the name of the cadet so we can see if it is true?

Be careful what you say about Tahrell. He WILL be hired by LMPD. He is one of the chosen ones. He'll probably make colonel. It would be nice though if Jessie Halladay would spend at least a little time investigating an apparrently blatant abuse of power. But folks are way too busy initiating PSU complaints because officers are late swiping in after sitting in gridlocked traffic due to the closing of the Sherman Minton. It all makes perfect sense!

What is this about, never heard anything about that or any Colonel running radar and stopping people.

Sure enough, that FELONY case no longer exists. It's gone.

I can't wait to work with him someday. Nothing like working alongside people who have committed felonies.

Hello I would like to introduce myself to Mac 23. My name is Jahrell Johnson. You may know me as Tahrell but that was a misprint. I have quite the experience when it comes to traffic stops and F.I. 's. I will not need a take home as I am able to aquire my own vehicle. I don't need a flashlight to hit people with, got my own. From what I understand to be a good cop all you need to do are F.I. 's well I have 2 books full so I probably will be promoted 2 weeks out. I already know the court system and how to work it. never mind the academy I can start Tuesday.
