He was a LOSER that was so fat and out of shape he got winded getting out of his car and putting on those stupid gloves that served no purpose what so ever except that it made him feel cool. He was an embarrassment to LMPD by his appearance and actions. He would be last on my list after Mickey Mouse to call if I needed back up.
