Just kidding!

Seriously though, what ever happened to us getting the supplemental raise on top of our lousy 2% for the last 3 years of our current contract based off the "Sinking Fund" revenue? The revenue commission has to be making a profit. Anything they get over 4% profit was supposed to increase the bottom line of our 2% yearly. Just asking cause no one ever seems to mention it or care where the money is being hidden by metro government.
