Water company loan to settle firefighters' dispute over back pay

Apparently he is getting a full Fire Fighters funeral.........may he rest in peace!

He worked full time for an environmental recovery company, that was the job he was doing at the time. Not dissing the man, but he wasn't doing firefighter duties when he was killed. For that matter, Chief Wells wasn't even working in his legal jurisdiction when he was killed a few years ago, but got a full LE funeral. I have no problem with it, but he was not working as a firefighter that day.
