Hey I got an suggestion, lets git rid of Portland. How about renaming LMPD to LMPdumba$$!

Was he a felon? I mean the police department and other government agencies allowed him to do those gun buyback programs. That would mean that they were allowing him to violate state and federal law, right? I am shocked!
