1st yippppeeeeeee!

We are better off without this piece of trash still around!

Coleman was a good for nothing racist, crooked, felon and a black mailing thief. So we name a street in our city after him???? Funny I NEVER heard him or saw him protest FOR a WHITE Police Officer when they were wronged. The world is a better place without him sponging on society and stealing the oxygen of the civilized.

Good for the Portland Community for not wanting this piece of trash commemorated in their neighborhood!

I love how they violate their own rules to do this, there is a street naming rule that the council passed that prohibits changing a street name on only part of a straight street. They break their own rules ....

Oh let ole Lewis have a street named in louisville after him, even though he "lived at the foot of the cross" per say. And he loved louisville so much that he did not even live in louisville. This man was a thief, a liar, racist, he spread hatred along with violence. He cost the american taxpayers more alive than dead. Im sure when this FAKE man of God, met his maker he is wishing he done things differently. Im tired of these racists radicals calling themselves Pastors, using the Church for financial gain. Just look at the guy over the African American Think Tank, he's got a car registered to that organization that he's driving and its a BMW, and he's an Asst. Pastor of a church, and he employed Convicted Felons to work for him. Im 100% sure that the inspirational Dr. Martin Luther King Jr would have never saw his "Dream" coming to this type of abuse. This sure is not what he stood for. MLK JR deserves a state named after him, Lewis Coleman deserves nothing but 6 ft under where he is, he should have been arrested for extortion.

If Metro is going to name streets after local extortionists then I want to see Sypher Pkwy over next to Iroquois Park.

If they are in the business of naming streets for local criminals I can't wait to see what they name after Louisville's biggest criminal ever......................Jerry Abramson

What a waste of space. This man does not deserve to be on this page, much less have a street named after him. Im glad Mr. Extortion is gone. Asta La Vista. He just as many others like him use the church for nothing but their personal gain, Al Sharpton is doing the same thing.
