Officer fires shots at car in store parking lot

Even if he did, what good does shooting him do? A dead driver doesn't mean the car quits moving, after all. Get out of the way, first. I wonder if perhaps this was a reflex shot, though, rather than intentional?

This is NOT the forum for the monday morning quarterbacks. Since only two officers were there the rest of us no nothing of the incident that isn't hearsay and thus potentially inaccurate. We need a private forum for this type of conversation.
