LMPD officer accused in disturbance resigns

THIS COMMENT IS REGAURDING THE PROSECUTORS PARTICUALLY 301. THE FEMALE PROSECUTOR WITH PURPLE HAIR COLORS SEEM TO ALWAYS DISMISS MORE CASES. HAS ANYONE ELSE SEE A PATTERN WITH HER? JUST WONDERING...

Only problem is, prosecutors and judges are immune from lawsuit. The best way to deal with them is to KEEP TRACK and publicize their actions come election time.

Lack of accountability is rampant. This old guy that dragged the corrections officer, apparently his daughter tried to get Frankfort to revoke his license and they did nothing. (Doctors, unfortunately, are quite willing to sign the paperwork - there is an open records request, get the paperwork and see which doctor, and sue the DOCTOR for signing the paperwork.) (Someone said that she should have taken his keys, but you know, that actually is theft unless she goes to court and gets the authority to do it.)

I'm with you 'backs. The Hall of Justice is the most corrupt building in louisville. You literally have defense attorneys taking jewelry off people as payment. You've got some prosecutors who are scared sh*tless to have a PC Hearing. The judges in District Court really don't seem to care about anything anymore. And as far as a certain DV Prosecutor who likes to keep you there all day on a violation of an EPO all I have to say is: Why the **** do you have to get out your KRS everytime? If you don't know the elements of an assault by now then you need to throw yourself off the 3rd floor.

The administrator of this site is a TWO(2) time washout on our department and when he was here could have cared less about doing his job or any police work. When Pegram passed away, what 15 comments total at best because everyone wants to be negative instead of positive about the work he and most of you do. How long do you think his site would last if every post on here was positive or talked about a great job one of us did? Damn! Perfect example: Detective in Homicide wins the Blue coat award for our department for solving 5 out of 5 Homicide cases. Congrats Detective Downs, you are one of the best.
