David James to be sworn in when District 6 votes certified

Ahhh, you guys don't know - they BOUGHT him an additional five years, remember? So 8 plus 5 - actually equals 13? He would have been paying into the system in the usual way for the time he's been here, and then, as an illegal bonus, they pay around 170K to give him an additional five years.

I can't figure out why someone isn't making a big deal of this, but then, even the Council didn't seem to care about it when the auditor pointed it out.
