Kentucky police departments trying to recruit more female officers

They witch hunt SOME people - that's the point. For some reason, CM has gotten a pass for years. Those of you who worked with her on the street, be honest, did you want her backing you up? Did she do a good job as a district detective - she made arrests, sure, but were they GOOD arrests? Everything I've seen indicates, at the least, extreme sloppiness if not downright incompetence.
