Kentucky police departments trying to recruit more female officers

You are correct on the actions of this department. I know for a fact they "ping" people with department cell phones in an effort to see if they can catch them doing something wrong. They remote into officers computer accounts (including email) to see what files they might have on the server. I know that this is their "property" but why do they have to go on such a witch hunt to with all their officers? Some officers have actually seen the mouse on their computer move around without them using it, access files and then close them out. When they called about the security breach they were told lies of no one knows anything about this access. Cannot wait for a new administration that will actually support it's officers and not conduct witch hunts as this one does.
