Kentucky police departments trying to recruit more female officers

Did you catch the comment about how the Commonwealth's Attorney can't find anything - DUHHHHH - try the misdemeanor official misconduct. I don't particularly care if they come up with a crime - she's clearly a suck-A detective and needs to be back in uniform and riding a beat - without her guaranteed F/S RDO off. What the flip has PSU been doing all this time - investigate, resolve, and move on. This mess is a year old - we can solve murders in far less time than it has taken to get this mess resolved.

Blaming another agency for the fact she can't do her job? Throwing away files with no documentation? Doing photopaks in some bizarre way I can't even begin to understand?
