Kentucky police departments trying to recruit more female officers

What does the age of the new hires have to do with this? How is it that every story on this site turns in to the new young Officers messing everything up? Is it that they want to work while you sleep because you're too tired from working so much off-duty? Maturity is an issue but from what I have gathered its not the new Officers that are making waves its the seasoned Officers who want to spread their gossip and tell everyone how much better this job used to be. I go to work every night mind my own business and take care of my beat and partners.
