Kentucky police departments trying to recruit more female officers

You hit the nail on the head there! Way too young and definately not mature yet! They are fine until they get off the probationary period, then you would think they have been on the dept for 10 yrs. And the new officer's refer to the old city and county day's, like they were apart of that era!
