Kentucky police departments trying to recruit more female officers

So true, So true Coyote. I dont see any member on this dept standing behind someone who is a thief, liar etc, I know i wouldnt. But the backstabbing and cutting each other down has got to stop. Most the stuff i have read on here is not true at all, And i'm sure if people had to put their name on here somewhere when they post, there would be no trash talk. It is ok to vent on here, but vent about the 10 different policy changes that we have to sign off on in a week. Now that is something to gossip and vent about.

That isn't what people hear - I remember folks defending all of those names - which is why I remember them. It's one thing to be supportive until the case develops, but again, was Marlowe doing a good job? Do you really want someone mucking up cases that badly wearing the same badge? When you say - back them to the end - that is what they hear - no matter what, you are going to defend even a bad cop.
