Based on the article, there is no way of knowing what kind of job he did because the writers keep bouncing back and forth, never delineating between what is alleged to be criminal behavior on the part of CM, and was is alleged to be administrative violations. The writers pile it all together as though the criminal investigation covers both. Either the writers knew this and purposefully misled, or they did not educate themselves. Either way, the article is woefully incomplete.

CM's work stands and falls on it's own.
