It's been pending for a YEAR. And even if you want to say that they could do nothing (which is untrue) until the criminal investigation is over, that's been over for months now, so ... where's the results? They can piggyback, they just can't use her Garrity statement, if in fact she ever really gave one. That's the problem, they spend so much time investigating BS rudeness complaints that when a real investigation drops in their lap, they don't know what to do, so they do nothing. This is the type of mess we do NOT need - and the type of mess that colors the perception against us all. Not talking about the CJ story, they are just doing their job, I'm talking about an agency that spends more time covering up for an incompetent investigator that it does making sure only competent people work here. Remember, CM hasn't missed a day of work in all this - for all we know, she's still out there working her bank job every Friday.
