Kentucky police departments trying to recruit more female officers

As a female officer I agree 100% that lowering physical fitness standards to attract more women is ridiculous...the thugs on the street don't care if you're male or female..if you can't hold your own then you are a safety risk to yourself and your partner. Put in some good preparation and no one should have a problem passing the PT test. Stay safe out there and back each other up :)
