Kentucky police departments trying to recruit more female officers

I think that is one of the main issues with her. Officer safety. For example, dropping a license which in turn falls to the ground under the vehicle that has been stopped. Then getting on your hands and knees and crawling under the car to retrieve the license while the thugs are still in teh vehicle with the car running. Or handing a civilian your flashlight to hold while you deal with paper work because you can't do all those things at the same time. Are those major officer safety issues?
