Louisville Metro Police Officer Charles Moore has lengthy history of misconduct

She does have a point and is obviously very articulate, but what I have a hard time understanding is why people are so quick to want the ultimate punishment which is termination. From what I understand, no one is getting away with anything. Punishment can range from a written reprimand to termination and suspension in between. Seems like no one is ever satisfied unless the violator is FIRED!!! There are mechanisms in place to deal with policy breakers and that does not necessarily always mean terminating someone.
