I appreciate your thought and the value of your opinion. That being said, this place is broken. Someone needs to say it. There is no support from the top. That is why folks are upset. The fact that the Chief has made so many rude and horrible comments to officers at rollcalls and other forums, just shows he does not care for anyone here. He has actually used those words. You cannot treat your employees this way and not expect frustration or dissent.

Look "MS CITIZEN", Criminals, oops I mean Officers like this thug makes the community in most areas around town think that ALL cops are this way!!! You have no clue because you are not out there!!!! Employees with the department, and I call them employees because in my eyes they are not officers and are a damn disgrace to there badge, need to be weeded out so we can make the community and the local police a safer place!!!! And in my opinion the public should just read this site and not comment IF they have no knowledge of the situation!!!!
