Louisville Metro Police Officer Charles Moore has lengthy history of misconduct

Probably the same "Moral Coward" that has sued numerous times for ridiculous stuff, works on latewatch and I along with some really good guys have to work for him. It sucks, but we do what we have to, to keep him from suing us.
