You are wrong, they accepted plea deals. Not sure on the whole Ansman deal and think Brown was found to be int the wrong for going down a one way street. You guys need to drop the race thing it does not hold water in any of these cases. What you need to be doing like in another post is asking where our sergeants and lieutenants are in this case with Moore and the others. Where are any of the officers that know about the wrong but do nothing. Been on 11years and a participating member of the FOP. Work for a great sergeant, only 1 of 3 unfortunately on th eplatoon and he would not put up with this type of BS from any of us. Been in the military too and saw the same thing where a sergeant will pass the buck to not be a bad guy. You all see it too, a sergeant instead of writing someone up just going and whining to a lieutenant about someone. I think this is what has gone on with the Moore deal and others. In the article you even see where the officer witnesses and the PIU sergeant were quick to not say anything they truly believed or the sergeant not wanting to pursue the case. Friend of mine told me a week or two ago how his sergeant has reacted to nothing on numerous complaints made about another officer.

One could pose arguments as to the others but Mattingly & Ansman were unjustly fired. Mattingly, to look good to the Black community. Ansman, because he ****ed-off White. So at a minimum you have 2, and I know there are more, people who lost their jobs (Mattingly was put thru hell) at the hands of Chief White. The same chief who refuses to fire criminals.

Aaron Shepherd, Donald Gillenwater, Chad Kaufmann and Gary Sapp each pleaded guilty to assault. Sapp and Shepherd also plead guilty to two counts each of tampering with physical evidence.
