Louisville Metro Police Officer Charles Moore has lengthy history of misconduct

Its NOT a great site. It tears down all the accomplishments we have made by the actions of a few. It degrades PEOPLE. Whether it be a commanding officer who imposes accountability on his troops and make them do their jobs, or an officer who has made some bad choices and acted on temptations, not sound judgments. We need not air our indiscretions to the public. Do you see a UPS.com site that demoralizes their own employees and lets them anonymously beat each other up over the internet for all to see? Do you see a USMC.com site that lets Marines tell each other what a BAD Marine they are?? NO! The stories are fine to publish, but the comments need to go. This is free speech I admit, but it is obscene and breaks down the "family" that the Major spoke of in an earlier post. Please be good to each other and the community, for it is all WE have!

I have seen alot and done alot and been involved in several life and death situations, but I am losing hope in the fine police department I love. Im not certain I would get back-up if I were in a hairy situation anymore. My family deserves better than this. We use to be good to each other, even if we didnt see eye to eye. We have resorted to back-stabbing, bad-talking, disrespecting and making chicken **** comments over a blog!! It fosters distrust and hatred, which are the the two biggest things we do not need.
