I don't know why this article is on the website unless there is nothing else to post, but Dale is a great recruit and will make a good Officer as long as he stays away from deadbeat, whiny, haters like the ones we unfortunately have too many of. This career is what you make it, good or bad. They would have you believe it's all a conspiracy to get them, What ever! Don't let the whiners and haters bring you down. You will see your family plenty, just don't work a thousand off duty jobs like the whiners and haters, live within your means and focus on your family, don't give into temptations and you won't have to pay out to your ex wives to see your kids on the weekends. Did I mention stay away from the bellyache-rs, whiners, and haters? Peace!

This website has truly become ridiculous. It is nothing more than an outlet for everybody's personal agendas. Which makes us no different than the politicians that we suffer from. When did we start degrading and failing to support one another? This is embarassing. This is an open site and there are still people/kids who "want to help People" who read this. When the few supporters we have read this garbage, it makes us look foolish. We don't need the front office to make life difficult we do that to each other enough.

I truly hope that this recruit knows that this department was once a family and some of us still support each other.

I personally attended Vadim's ceremony as he was sworn in as an American citizen. Everyone complains about illegal people coming into the country, but Vadim Dale did it right and does have his American citizenship. There was nothing "automatic" about how he got it. I was proud to be his guest at that ceremony and I know he'll be a great cop. JJ #48
