Massive Jefferson District court reorganization proposed

I had a case a month ago the guy was all over the road. i did my sobriety test and the guy failed all of them. Arrested him for DUI and he blew .171 at the BA. The judge was Erica Williams and his attourney was Paul Gold. She dissmissed the case saying that there was no PC for my stop. Since when is driving recklessly not PC for a traffic stop not to mention the guy had expired tags that expired 2 years ago. I heard (THIS IS JUST HEARSAY) that Paul Gold threw this judge a fund raising party the night before my DUI trial. If this is true this judge should have recused her self from the trail. Now that she has dismissed my case outright this guy could come back and sue me for making an illegal stop, you know since reckless driving is not good PC for a traffic stop. Granted he probably would not win a lawsuit but to still have to go through that and have your integrity questioned because a Judge was doing a favor for someone is BULLSH**!!!!!!!
