Massive Jefferson District court reorganization proposed

You sir, sound as if you work outside of Jefferson County. That case I mentioned was well documented and the KRS violation was noted in the narrative. AND I argued it to the prosecutor VERBALLY. They did not care. NOone "saw" him dirving the car was all they would say.

If you know KRS involving DUI then you should already have figured which element I speak of.

Jefferson Co. does not follow KRS. that is a fact.
