I have had DUI cases dismissed when there is no question of KRS violation.

The best one was a injury accident dismissed because there was no person (including victim, they had to be transported therefore could not exit the car) that could state they WITNESSED the subject driving. Nevermind I have on video when I pulled up the subject still in the driver seat with his foot STILL ON THE GAS.

But nobody saw him driving so it's not technically DUI.

Yeah baby the buddy system ROCKS!!!
