I'll say it one more time - start keeping track and publicizing it. For example - Officer Bob has a case against Joe Citizen for DUI. Officer shows up at 855 and signs in, Defense attorney Fred shows up at 1105 - hoping cop is gone. Cop is still there. Case is dismissed by Judge Judy. POST THAT UP - it is public information after all. Data is damning, after all.
