His threats are invalid. You will be better off getting an attorney, but you should immediately file a criminal complaint against him. You should follow up with a civil action. It is one thing for him to say that you never worked etc... but if you have proof and witnesses etc that can testify that you were there then you shouldn't have a problem.

He can't arrest you anymore, he is suspended. If he threatens you then that is yet another charge. Believe me he doesn't want any more charges at this point.

All of the other Officers at Shively and LMPD and every other agency around here are the first ones that want to see crooks like this get busted.
