Shively police officer indicted on tax fraud charges |
RE: Shively police officer indicted on tax fraud charges
T. Clay is a great attorney, who will represent who ever PAYS HIM... He also gives a **** load of legal work to the "good" police for free. I agree that the SPD officer is a slime ball, but I guarantee Tom charged him tghe minimum of 100K for this, where he might not charge you at all... Get it?

He's just doing his job, and is not a slimeball by my definition. There are some slimeball attorneys out there, like the attorneys who prefer their fees to be paid with drugs, attorneys breaking the law to win in court and the attorneys who spread lies in the media to swing a jury to their side. Not all of those are defense attorneys either.

RE: Shively police officer indicted on tax fraud charges
In defense of T.clay, he is only as good as the
information giving to him to do a job.
He is obviously very good at what he does
otherwise criminals would not seek him out.
Now... one may ask at what point do you
say, "ethically this is not right, my morals
come before this." everyone has there
own answer I assume.
